A Cleaner Yard Is a Healthier Yard

Your backyard should be a place where your family can relax, your children can play, and your pets can safely enjoy the outdoors—not a place where pet waste is left to accumulate.

Many homeowners don't realize that pet waste is more than an inconvenience. When left on the ground, it can attract flies and other pests, create unpleasant odors, and contribute bacteria and parasites that may pose risks to both people and animals. Rain can also wash waste into nearby storm drains and waterways, where it can affect the local environment.

Routine pet waste removal is one of the simplest ways to help maintain a cleaner, healthier outdoor space. Keeping your yard free of accumulated waste helps reduce odors, discourages pests, protects your lawn from damaged spots, and creates a more enjoyable environment for your family, guests, and pets.

At Premier Pet Waste Co., we believe caring for your yard is about more than keeping it looking beautiful—it's about protecting the spaces where life happens. Every visit is completed with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for your property. We thoroughly remove pet waste from all accessible areas, then finish with pet-safe deodorizing and sanitizing to leave your yard feeling fresher and more inviting.

Whether you have one dog or several, regular service gives you the confidence of knowing your yard is being maintained by professionals who take pride in every visit. No more worrying about stepping in hidden messes, unpleasant odors, or spending your valuable weekends doing a job you don't enjoy.

Our mission is simple: to give homeowners cleaner yards, healthier outdoor spaces, and more time to spend making memories with the people and pets they love. Because a clean yard isn't just a luxury—it's an investment in your home's appearance, your family's comfort, and your pets' well-being!

Premier Pet Waste Co. is raising the standard for outdoor pet-area care

Beginning this October, eligible customers can add a professional yard sanitizing and deodorizing treatment using the Wysiwash® Sanitizer Pro system. Designed for pet-focused environments, this treatment provides an added level of freshness and surface sanitation for natural grass, artificial turf, concrete, gravel, kennels, runs, patios, and other appropriate outdoor areas.

Our service is built for pet households that want more than routine waste removal. After visible waste is removed, our Wysiwash treatment helps address the lingering odor and surface contamination that ordinary scooping and rinsing may leave behind.

A Cleaner, Fresher Yard Experience

Pet urine, fecal residue, moisture, organic debris, and heavy pet traffic can contribute to persistent odors and microbial buildup in the areas pets use most. Even a well-maintained yard can develop unpleasant smells—especially around turf, kennels, shaded areas, gravel, concrete, and frequently used relief zones.

Our Wysiwash treatment is professionally applied as an enhancement to your regular yard cleanup service to help refresh these spaces and improve the overall feel of your outdoor environment.

Treatment benefits may include

• Helps neutralize stubborn pet-related odors at the source rather than covering them with fragrance.

• Helps sanitize eligible outdoor surfaces when used according to applicable product directions.

• Helps reduce odor-causing bacteria and other microorganisms on properly treated surfaces.

• Suitable for many pet-area surfaces, including natural grass, artificial turf, concrete, gravel, kennels, runs, patios, and similar outdoor areas, subject to site conditions.

• Leaves no heavy perfume, oily coating, or sticky deodorizing residue.

• Uses a biodegradable treatment solution when prepared and applied as directed.

• Non-corrosive to many commonly treated surfaces when properly diluted and applied in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

• Professionally delivered using our upgraded hose-end Wysiwash Sanitizer Pro application system.

• Creates a cleaner-feeling, fresher-smelling outdoor space for pets, family members, and guests.

Ideal for Artificial Turf

Artificial turf is convenient and attractive, but it can retain urine salts, organic residue, bacteria, and odor beneath or between synthetic grass fibers. Routine rinsing can help remove loose debris, but water alone may not fully refresh high-use pet areas.

Our Wysiwash turf treatment is designed to help deodorize and sanitize the treated surface, providing a more complete refresh for pet relief areas, dog runs, side yards, patios, and other frequently used outdoor spaces.

This service is especially valuable for:

• Multi-pet households.

• Artificial turf pet-relief areas.

• Dog runs and kennel spaces.

• Properties with recurring urine odor.

• Homes preparing for gatherings, guests, property showings, or move-ins.

• Property managers, HOAs, rentals, and vacation properties seeking a higher standard of exterior pet-area maintenance.

Professional Sanitizing Technology

Wysiwash systems use caplets containing calcium hypochlorite, which produces an active sanitizing solution when used with the designated Wysiwash equipment and water flow. Calcium hypochlorite is commonly used in water-treatment and sanitation applications.

The Wysiwash product line is EPA-registered, and the applicable product label contains specific approved directions, dilution requirements, contact times, surface instructions, and microorganism claims. Treatment effectiveness depends on pre-cleaning, correct mixing, proper application, adequate surface contact time, surface type, organic load, weather, and other real-world conditions.

According to Wysiwash materials, its active solution has been tested against a range of organisms, including canine parvovirus, canine influenza, feline herpesvirus, feline calicivirus, feline panleukopenia, Giardia, Leptospira, E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, and MRSA under specific test conditions and product-use directions.

More Than Waste Removal

At Premier Pet Waste Co., we believe a truly cared-for yard should look cleaner, smell fresher, and feel more enjoyable to use.

Our recurring cleanup service helps keep pet waste under control. Our new Wysiwash sanitizing and deodorizing add-on gives customers an additional option for maintaining pet areas that receive frequent use, retain odors, or need a more thorough refresh.

Starting this October, ask us how to add Advanced Yard Sanitizing & Deodorizing with Wysiwash® to your next scheduled cleanup.

Premier Pet Waste Co. provides outdoor pet-area cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitizing services as a convenience and maintenance service. This service is not a medical, veterinary, pest-control, mold-remediation, biohazard-remediation, disease-control, water-treatment, or guaranteed pathogen-elimination service.

Wysiwash® products are applied only in accordance with the applicable manufacturer directions, product label, equipment instructions, dilution requirements, and operating procedures. Product labels and approved use instructions control all application methods, concentrations, contact times, surface limitations, and safety requirements. EPA registration does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Treatment may help sanitize properly cleaned and treated eligible surfaces and may help reduce certain odor-causing bacteria and other microorganisms under appropriate application conditions. However, Premier Pet Waste Co. makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any treatment will eliminate all bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi, pathogens, odors, pet urine residue, stains, pests, allergens, or other contaminants; prevent illness or disease transmission; render any area sterile; or permanently prevent future odor or contamination.

Results can vary substantially based on the surface material, turf construction, drainage, weather, temperature, sun exposure, moisture, pet population, urine concentration, waste accumulation, organic debris, prior cleaning, product contact time, application coverage, and other conditions beyond our control. Heavy rain, irrigation, runoff, new pet waste, urine, mud, leaves, soil, organic matter, and continued animal use may reduce, alter, or shorten the duration of treatment results.

Visible pet waste, heavy organic material, standing water, mud, leaves, and debris should be removed before sanitizing whenever possible. Sanitizing effectiveness may be reduced when treatment is applied over dirt, fecal matter, urine residue, organic debris, or other surface contamination. Certain claims associated with Wysiwash products may apply only to specific surfaces, concentrations, contact times, pre-cleaning procedures, and controlled test conditions; they should not be interpreted as a guarantee of equivalent results in every residential, commercial, turf, gravel, soil, grass, kennel, or outdoor environment.

Customers must notify Premier Pet Waste Co. before treatment of any known site conditions or concerns, including damaged turf, loose artificial-turf seams, poor drainage, discolored surfaces, sensitive landscaping, ponds, waterways, fish, aquariums, edible gardens, water features, unsealed or deteriorated concrete, painted surfaces, outdoor furnishings, sensitive plants, or other areas that could be affected by water flow or treatment application. The product’s safety information warns that concentrated material can cause serious eye damage and skin burns, and product runoff may be harmful to fish and aquatic organisms.

For safety, customers, children, pets, visitors, and other animals must remain away from the treatment area during application. Re-entry should occur only after the area has been treated in accordance with product directions, any required contact time has elapsed, and the area is dry or otherwise ready for normal use as directed. Customers are responsible for keeping pets and people out of treated areas during service and for following any post-treatment instructions provided by Premier Pet Waste Co.

Customers should consult a veterinarian regarding any pet with allergies, respiratory conditions, skin conditions, chemical sensitivities, immune-system concerns, or other health issues. Customers should also consult an appropriate medical professional regarding household members with chemical sensitivities, respiratory concerns, allergies, or other relevant health conditions. Premier Pet Waste Co. does not provide medical or veterinary advice.

By requesting, scheduling, approving, or allowing a Wysiwash treatment, the customer acknowledges the inherent limitations of outdoor sanitizing and deodorizing services; confirms that they have disclosed relevant site conditions and safety concerns; agrees to keep people and animals out of the treatment area during service; and accepts that treatment results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
